Create a screening window. Screening window is a period defined by the district or school for screening assessments. You'll need to do this for each screener you'd like to send out.

Create a screening audience. The audience is the group that you’d like to receive the screener. Create an audience for each grade level.

Send out your screeners. There are two tabs for your audience: Sections and Students. The Sections tab allows you to send screeners to your teachers and the Students tab allows you to send screeners to the students. You will need to send your screeners to the sections and students of each grade level you'd like to participate.
