After you've created a screening window and created an audience, you're ready to send your screeners to your audience.
From your Dashboard, click Skills > Screening Windows.
Next, open the screening window you'd like to create an audience for by clicking View.
Navigate to the grade level you would like to send screeners to. Notice that there are two tabs for your audience: Sections and Students. The Sections tab allows you to send screeners to your teachers and the Students tab allows you to send screeners to the students. You will need to send your screeners to the sections and students of each grade level you'd like to participate.

If you created your audience but your screeners haven't been sent, you will see a number in the Not Sent tab. Click the Not Sent tab. You will see a list of the sections or students in your audience. You can select individual sections or students or you can use Send All to send screeners to everyone on the list. Click Proceed on the popup.
Repeat the above for the Sections and Students of each grade level and your screeners will be sent.
