The Help Center is the first place to look for information about Pulse. It includes easily accessible how-to guides, FAQs and detailed information about every area of Pulse. Any information in the Help Center is available instantly and provides the quickest route to get the answers to your questions.
Messenger
If you need further help you can use the messenger to contact us. This is useful if you have a question about your individual Pulse account. Whether you are in the Help Center or Pulse you can easily access the messenger chat facility by clicking on the speech bubble in the lower right-hand corner of the screen:
