We want your experience with Pulse to be seamless. Ensuring that you have all of the information you need, as quickly as possible, is a top priority for us. If you need any help with Pulse there are a number of ways to access it.
The Help Center is the first place to look for information about Pulse. It includes easily accessible how-to guides, FAQs and detailed information about every area of Pulse. To find the Help Center simply click on the wheel icon on the top right-hand corner of any screen in Pulse:
Once in the Help Center just use the search bar at the top of the page to find content relevant to your query:
Any information in the Help Center is available instantly and provides the quickest route to get the answers to your questions.
If you need further help you can use the messenger to contact us. This is useful if you have a question about your individual Pulse account.
Whether you are in the Help Center or Pulse you can easily access the messenger chat facility by clicking on the speech bubble in the lower right-hand corner of the screen:

First, try the ‘Find your answer now’ section, if you still don’t get the information you’re looking for, click the 'Send us a message' button to start a conversation with a member of our support team.
We recommend that you check the Help Center for any questions you have about Pulse. If the information you need is not there, feel free to send us a message using the in-app messaging service and a member of the support team will come back to you as soon as possible!
