If you are unable to log in to your Pulse account, or if you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by visiting the following link:

app.satchelpulse.com/password-forgotten

When you arrive at that page, enter your email address or mobile number in the field provided and then click the 'Reset my password' button:

Note: You will only be able to reset your password using your mobile number if you have added that information to your account.

Troubleshooting

If you see an error message stating "User with this email or mobile number was not found," please verify that you have entered the correct information.

If you have confirmed that you are using the correct email address or mobile phone number, and you still see this error message, please contact your school administrator to ensure that the information associated with your user account is correct.
