As a district level administrator, you can make changes to your automate Climate survey schedule. Survey frequency can only be set at the district level.
Step 1: From District level administrator dashboard, click on the "District admin" option in your lefthand navigation.
Step 2: Under your District admin menu, select "Survey preferences."
This will bring you to your survey preference options. The first option is where you will control the frequency and start dates for your automated Climate surveys like in the image below. You can set the surveys options for each of your audiences. You can chose the start date for your next survey and you can change the frequency to be as often as weekly or as spread out as every 6 weeks.
