Sometimes, you'll need to change a student's tier after placement. Fortunately, Satchel Pulse makes that easy to do.

Start by navigating to the Student Directory by clicking on Skills in the user menu on the left of the screen, then choosing Student Directory. Select the student whose tier you would like to change.

In the student profile, click the blue Action button and choose Change student tier.

In the window that pops up, use the drop-down menu to choose the tier you would like to place the student into and enter a message explaining why.

Click Save changes.
