**This article is only for a manually rostered users. Users who are synced via Clever or Classlink will need to be added/removed via their SIS and synced with Clever/Classlink.**
There may be a time when you want to add new users to Satchel Pulse to be able to take your School's Climate survey!
Access the Invite Users Menu
You can find the 'Invite users' menu under your 'Admin' menu under the "Data Import" tab. If this if your first time, you will need to click the 'Let's Go' button to get started!
If you would like to add/invite users please click on this button via the image below
Send an Invite by Email
Please note that whichever school you are in, that will be the location the staff member will be invited to. Please add the email address you want the invite email to send to.
After you send the invite, you can monitor the pending invites under the 'Manage users' menu.
Invite Users Via Link
You can copy a template to email the staff members you want to invite. Choose the school under the drop down menu and then click the 'Copy email template' button to copy the information.
