Case Management Walkthrough for Admins

In this article, we will show you a step by step guide on how to use Satchel Pulse's Case Management feature. There is also a hyper link below if you prefer a video version of this guide:



1. Click the Skills menu...

2. And click on "Student directory".

3. Search for a student and click their name on this list.

4. While in the student profile page, click on "Actions"...

5. Then click on "Create referral".

6. Select "Yes" or "No", depending on the need of the student.

7. For the meantime, we will select "Yes", then click on "Continue".

8. Select a reason for the referral...

9. Afterwards, enter a description.

10. Once that's done, click on "Save".

11. Then confirm your action.

12. You may now click on "Case Management".

13. Search for the student you've updated earlier, and click the "+" icon.

14. Click on "View".

15. Once in the Referral page for that student, click on the gear icon. Here, you may see the other features such as Edit, Export, or Delete.

16. The last feature we would like to show you is accessed by clicking on the name of the student while being in the same page...

17. Then you can see in the student profile that Satchel Pulse will give you Tips on helping the student based on the case you've created for them.

18. The Quick Wins pop-up window will appear to give you tips on how to work with the student to work on their room for improvements.
